How to Give Back, in Honor of #GivingTuesday

Giving Tuesday was created in 2012 to celebrate and encourage generosity. Eight years later, it’s more important than ever to give back to those in need. Whether it's a small act of kindness like holding the door open for someone or a larger donation - every act of generosity counts! To get you started, here are a few ways you can help those in need:

  1. Donate to a local food bank: Food donations are simple and go a long way for a family in need. Feeding America is a national food bank with hundreds of locations. You can donate here or find your local food bank here.

  2. Donate blood: This is vital, especially during a pandemic! Make an appointment here or call 1-800-RED-CROSS to find a local donation site.

  3. Donate gently used clothing: We’ve all been busy “sparking joy” by cleaning out our closets this year. We urge you to donate your gently worn Z SUPPLY goods rather than tossing them out and adding them to landfills! The Salvation Army has two ways to donate. You can find a drop-off location near you, or you can schedule a pick-up.

  4. Wear a mask: Be safe. Be kind. Be smart. Protect those around you when you’re out and about for essential activities! For a limited time, we’re offering a free 4-pack face mask with any purchase of $100+ (while supplies last).

  5. Support your local boutiques: Our partnerships with local retailers are the cornerstone of our business. Help us give back to these businesses today by selecting your favorite local Z Supply retailer at checkout or safely shopping in-store. Find the closest retailer to you here
