WHAT ARE THE TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE?

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12 PM PST (excluding holidays) will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on a weekend or holiday will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

You can check the status of your order by logging into My Account and clicking on Order History.

CAN I COMBINE PROMO OFFERS?

No, only one promotional offer (code or automatic promotion) can be applied per order.

HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

You can email us at customerservice@zsupplyclothing.com. Please include your Order ID # in your email. Our hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 AM – 6 PM (PST), and Friday from 8 AM – 12 PM (PST). All inquiries will be answered within 48-72 hours (except for weekends and holidays).

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE?

If your size is not available, you can click "EMAIL WHEN BACK IN STOCK" to receive an email notification. We also list the restock date on the product page when possible. For additional questions, please contact customer service and they can inform you when your size will be available.
