The Z SUPPLY Foundation is committed to nurturing the next generation of creative minds and artists. Through scholarships, we aim to establish education opportunities for students pursuing degrees in the Arts.

Since 2021, the Z SUPPLY Foundation has raised $600,000 and provided 35 scholarships and donated to various social, environmental, and education charities. A majority of the funds have been allocated towards our Education Fund which is dedicated to scholarship funding and other education-based programs.

This Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Giving Tuesday, we will continue our support by donating 100% of our sales to the Z SUPPLY Foundation with the goal of raising $300,000 this year. Together, we can make a positive impact on the future generation of creatives.

Z SUPPLY Foundation Scholarships

The Z SUPPLY Foundation board of directors reviewed various colleges and with thorough research, were pleased to select the following colleges to create their own specific Z SUPPLY Foundation scholarships.

Established in 1918 and based in Los Angeles, Otis College of Art and Design is a national leader in art and design education. Since 2021, The Z SUPPLY Foundation has pledged $75,000 to an Endowed Scholarship fund, as well as $75,000 to a Named Scholarship Fund. The funds support scholarships in Fashion Design, Digital Media, Communications Arts, Graphics and related fields of study for the 2022-2023 academic years. The Foundation plans to donate to the fund with the 2023 BFCM fundraising campaign for the 2024 academic year. Otis College of Art and Design will decide which fund to contribute to based on the donation.

Based in San Francisco, CCA educates talented, visionary students to become versatile makers with inventive solutions to advance culture and society. Since 2021, The Z SUPPLY Foundation has pledged $50,000 to an Endowed Scholarship fund, as well as $100,000 to a Named Scholarship Fund. The Z SUPPLY Foundation scholarship at CCA promotes inclusivity, supporting students from diverse backgrounds as they pursue degrees in Fashion Design. The Foundation plans to donate to the CCA Scholarship funds with the 2023 BFCM fundraising campaign for the 2024 academic year. CCA will decide which fund to contribute to based on the donation.

College of the Arts at California State University, Long Beach, is one of the largest and most respected state-supported arts colleges in the country. Since 2021, The Z SUPPLY Foundation has pledged $50,000 to an Endowed Scholarship fund, as well as $50,000 to a Named Scholarship Fund. The funds support scholarships in Graphic Design and Photography. The Foundation plans to donate to the fund with the 2023 BFCM fundraising campaign for the 2024 academic year. CSULB will decide which fund to contribute to based on the donation.

For more than a century, Parsons has been inspired by the transformative potential of design. Today, the school’s groundbreaking academic programs carry forward that mission, making Parsons the number one design school in the U.S. and among the top three globally. For the 2023 BFCM fundraising campaign, the Z SUPPLY Foundation will be pledging $50,000 to a Named scholarship that will support one or more students in the Parsons School of Fashion BFA or MFA program in sustainable design for the 2024-2025 academic year.

SCAD is a private art school with locations in Savannah, Georgia, Atlanta Georgia and Lacoste, France. It was founded in 1978 to provide degrees in programs not yet offered in the southeast of the United States. The university enrolls more than 16,000 students from across the United States and around the world with international students comprising up to 17 percent of the student population. For the 2023 BFCM fundraising campaign, the Z SUPPLY Foundation will be pledging $50,000 to an Endowed scholarship that will support one or more students in the UX Design program and Creative Business Leadership program. The fund will be distributed in the 2025/2026 academic year.

The Kansas City Art Institute (KCAI) is a private non-profit art and design school in Kansas City, Missouri. Their mission is to prepare gifted students to transform the world creatively through art and design. KCAI was founded in 1885 and is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Art and Design. For the 2023 BFCM fundraising campaign, the Z SUPPLY Foundation will be pledging $100,000 to endow a scholarship to support one ceramics student and one fiber student. The funds will be distributed starting in the 2026/2027 academic year.

About the Foundation

We launched our philanthropic arm, the Z SUPPLY Foundation, in 2021 and are committed to supporting social, environmental and educational organizations. Each year, the Foundation will have a specific focus, which will give us the opportunity to support the many causes that mean so much to us as a brand. This corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public and charitable purposes.

The specific purpose for which this corporation is organized and shall be operated is exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law), including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law).

The Education Fund is a fund of the Foundation that provides opportunities for students of all ages to pursue their educational journeys and career dreams by providing scholarships, mentorships, internships, leadership, and professional expertise through scholarship programs at universities and colleges.

The Z SUPPLY Foundation Board of Directors selects colleges and universities that specialize in the fashion design, art and marketing fields. We are working with these universities and colleges to tailor specifically named scholarships to give students of fashion design, art and marketing the support they need in their fields of study. All scholarship recipients are selected by the universities and colleges. The scholarships are funded through The Z Supply Foundation’s Education Fund.

Z SUPPLY Foundation will only be creating scholarships with select universities and colleges. Those universities and colleges will be deciding which recipients to distribute the scholarship to. Please contact zsfoundation@zsupplyllc.com for a list of participating universities and/or colleges.

We are hands-on, delivering 50+ programs countywide to break barriers and improve lives for everyone who lives in Orange County. Everyday we are working on ways to advance the Education, Health, Housing, and Financial Stability of people in Orange County

Hawaii Community Foundation is a steward of more than 1,100 funds, including over 300 scholarship funds, created by donors who desire to transform lives and improve communities. In 2022, HCF distributed $87 million in grants to the community from funds at HCF, contracts, and private foundations statewide, including $7.1 million in scholarships.

The Maui Food Bank (MFB) was incorporated as a non-profit in 1994. MFB has continuously and consistently expanded food banking services for the residences of Maui County. The Maui Food Bank is the only nonprofit in Maui County that collects, warehouses and distributes mass quantities of perishable and nonperishable food items to those in need.

The Maui Humane Society, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, was first established as a non-profit in 1953, incorporated in 1962 and is the only open admission animal shelter on the island of Maui. Our mission is “to protect and save the lives of Maui’s animals, accepting all in need, educating the community, and inspiring respect and compassion towards all animals”.

Waves for Water believes that access to clean water is a fundamental human right. Inner-City Arts believe that arts and creativity are transformational. Its mission is to engage young people in the creative process in order to shape a society of creative, confident, and collaborative individuals. Since its start, Inner-City Arts has served over 200,00 students and 10,000 teachers in the Los Angeles area. Every year, more than 5,000 elementary school students receive high-quality arts education on the Inner-City Arts campus thanks to a unique partnership with LAUSD.

Girls on the Run is an international physical-activity-based youth development program with a research-based curriculum for girls in third to eighth grade that teaches life skills through dynamic, interactive lessons and running games. They have worked with over 2 million girls.

Casa OC’s mission is focused solely and completely on the children of Orange County, California. They are a privately-funded non-profit organization that serves severely abused, neglected and abandoned children through the recruitment, training, and continued support of volunteers who advocate and mentor these children, representing their best interest in the courtroom and other settings.

Breast Cancer Angels is a local non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization that financially assists individuals during treatment for breast cancer. Some of the assistance provided can be food gift cards, gas gift cards, rental assistance, utility assistance and help with medical co-pays. The organization has also paid for hospice and final expenses. Many of these individuals have children so they also assist with school supplies and clothing.

Wildlife Alliance implements a complete approach to combating the illegal wildlife trade through our award-winning wildlife police unit – the Wildlife Rapid Rescue Team. They ensure all live animals seized from the trade are appropriately cared for whilst working with government authorities to ensure tradersface justice.

The Exodus Road’s primary focus is on human trafficking intervention work. Their community helps to rescue, protect and heal survivors of human trafficking every day. They help train communities to stop trafficking, rescue victims, arrest traffickers and heal survivors.
