Winner is responsible for booking flights, rental car, meals for the 2 days stay.

• Z SUPPLY LLC will provide a gift card with a value of $1,000 for travel and meals.
• Z SUPPLY LLC will provide the grand prize winner a gifting card with a retail value of $500 to be used on zsupplyclothing.com
• Z SUPPLY LLC will provide the second prize winner a gifting card with a retail value of $500 to be used on zsupplyclothing.com
• Issue year-end 1099's forms to prize Winners as required by law.
