Measure the fullest part of your bust, with your arms at your side. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
Hips
Measure approx. 5 inches below your waist, at the fullest part of your hips, standing with your heels together.
Inseam
Measure from the top/inside of your leg to the bottom of your ankle bone.
Leingth from shoulder
Measure down, from the shoulder point closest to your neck, standing with your heels together.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, which is where your waist is the smallest.
