I absolutely love this coat. It is soft, warm, very chic, and looks good with everything. I'm pretty picky and don't really understand the negative reviews. Perhaps they thought this was going to be more structured. It is soft and drapes beautifully - straddles the line between a coat and long sweater. My daughter and I each bought one last year and I am going to buy the camel this year.

This is one of my nicer coats I like to wear with a long sleeve tee and jeans or slacks.
It is super soft and I would consider it a medium weight fabric. It doesn't wrinkle and it drapes over your body like a blanket without looking like one. I like the single button for ease of removing when I get into the office. It is not lined but I think that helps with the movement of the coat. Plus, it is not itchy! My skin gets irritated sometimes by certain fabrics.
I am 5'7", 160lbs, 34D, and a Medium fits me super well. I can layer a thick sweater underneath and still have movement in my arms and shoulders. I would say the fit is semi-loose and not tight.

This is more of a shirt/wrap, not a coat. Much thinner than I was looking for so I returned it.
