The return policy is terrible. Wanted to exchange for a lower size. I had a store credit to apply. Z supply applies it as a % instead of reducing from the total amount; therefore if you make returns, they will only refund the lower amount - not full value. So, in turn, i will be paying more for an item i wanted but at a different size.
