I love this skirt. I got the matching tank top. Will be so cute together or as separates. I purchased a small. I’m 5’3” and it falls ankle length. I love it but would be cute if shorter on a taller girl, too. Wide elastic waistband. I’m a 4/6 with a small waist and little curve to the hips/butt and fits comfortably without being tight.
