I purchased a few of these last year and they were so wonderful! Thick , soft, warm! I purchased a couple more this year and they are terrible quality. They are thin, small, do not cover my ears and are not warm. so dissappointed. Unfortunately, I needed to bring these for some gifts and for myself of a ski trip so I will not get my money back but will not be fooled in the future. I was willing to pay the price for the quality of last year. never again.

I was gifted a hat from this company that I adored awhile back. It felt luxury. It was big, soft and thick fabric and seemed well made. I ordered a black one about a week ago and when it came I was so disappointed. It was small, very thin fabric, very tight and felt like a very cheap hat. It looked nothing like the photo on the website. I paid way too much for it to be that thin and cheaply made so I sent it back. Cost me 8 bucks to send back. Super dissatisfied with the quality! Not sure what happened :(
