PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: By accessing or participating in the MY Z SUPPLY program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, you cannot participate in the MY Z SUPPLY Program.

Program Overview: The MY Z SUPPLY Program (“MY Z SUPPLY”) is operated by Z SUPPLY, LLC (“Z SUPPLY”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your participation in the MY Z SUPPLY program and do not alter or otherwise affect Z SUPPLY’s Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution: By participating in MY Z SUPPLY, you and Z SUPPLY agree that all disputes will be resolved through individual, binding arbitration as outlined in Z SUPPLY’s Terms of Service. To the fullest extend permitted by applicable law, you agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved on a individual basis only and not as a class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. You waive the right to a jury trial or participation in any class or collective action.

Program Changes and Termination: All MY Z SUPPLY benefits, experiences, and recognitions are subject to availability and may change at any time without notice. Z SUPPLY may modify, suspend, or terminate MY Z SUPPLY, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion. If the program is terminated, all associated benefits will be forfeited without obligation or liability.

Eligibility: MY Z SUPPLY is available to registered ZSUPPLY.com account holders who are:

  • Residents of the United States (including Washington, D.C.)
  • At least 18 years of age

Eligibility is determined by your shipping address. If your shipping address changes outside the U.S., program benefits may no longer be available.

Joining MY Z SUPPLY

MY Z SUPPLY is opt-in and free to join.
To enroll, customers must be invited to join.

  • Members are selected based on annual spend of $1,000 or more and a return rate below 20%, evaluated on a calendar year basis. Invitations are extended by our team on a rolling basis. If you qualify, you will receive an email directly with everything you need to access your benefits.Opt in to MY Z SUPPLY through the designated enrollment experience

Members may receive program-related communications by email or SMS and may unsubscribe at any time.
You may opt out of MY Z SUPPLY at any time through your account settings. If you opt out:

  • You forfeit access to current and future MY Z SUPPLY benefits

Program Structure: MY Z SUPPLY is an invite-only experience for a small group of our most valued customers. No points, no tiers, no earning required. Just elevated access, thoughtful service, and a more personal connection to the brand.

Benefits and Experiences: MY Z SUPPLY offers relationship-based benefits, which may include:

  • Free Shipping and Returns: Complimentary shipping and returns.
  • Early Access: First access to every seasonal launch and special collection drop, before anyone else.
  • Concierge Support: A direct line to our team at [email protected] for personalized support, thoughtful recommendations, and help whenever you need it.
  • Gifts and Recognition: Birthday credits, seasonal gifts, and thoughtful moments throughout the year.
  • Log into your account to view your active benefits.

Benefits:

  • Have no cash value
  • Are non-transferable
  • May not be redeemed retroactively
  • May be offered at Z SUPPLY’s sole discretion

Certain benefits may not be advertised or publicly disclosed and are offered at Z Supply’s sole discretion. Eligibility for, availability of, and access to specific benefits may vary based on membership tier, account status, tenure, geographic location, promotional eligibility, or other criteria determined by Z Supply. Z Supply reserves the right to modify, substitute, limit, or discontinue any benefit at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law. No benefit is guaranteed.

Account Limitations: Each customer may maintain only one MY Z SUPPLY account. Accounts and benefits are personal, non-transferable, and not intended for resale or commercial use.

Suspension or Termination: Z SUPPLY may suspend or terminate participation if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a member has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity. Upon termination, all benefits become void.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Privacy and Data Use: Personal information collected in connection with MY Z SUPPLY is governed by Z SUPPLY’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Financial Incentive Notice: MY Z SUPPLY may constitute a financial incentive under applicable state privacy laws. Participation is voluntary and involves the collection of personal information such as contact details, purchase history, preferences, and engagement data. Benefits provided are reasonably related to the value of the data collected.

If you request deletion of your personal data, your MY Z SUPPLY participation and benefits will be removed.
