HOW DO I GET INVITED?

Members are selected based on annual spend of $1,000 or more and a return rate below 20%, evaluated on a calendar year basis. Invitations are extended by our team on a rolling basis. If you qualify, you will receive an email directly with everything you need to access your benefits.

HOW LONG DOES MY MEMBERSHIP LAST?

Your membership is active through the end of the calendar year following the year you joined. So if you are invited in 2026, your membership runs through the end of 2027. We re-evaluate membership annually and will reach out directly if anything changes.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO STAY A MEMBER?

Membership is reviewed each year based on the same criteria used to invite you: $1,000 or more in annual spend and a return rate below 20%. Your first re-evaluation happens after your first full membership year. As long as those are met, your membership will remain active.

WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY MEMBERSHIP RENEWS?

Yes. We will reach out each year with a membership update. If you re-qualify, you will receive confirmation. If anything changes, we will let you know directly.
