I bought an XS in the brown color (Coconut) & wasn't sure that the size was going to work for me when it arrived. It's a little bit oversized in an upside down triangle kind of way, that is to say, roomier in the shoulder & tapers in at the waist.
Given that, I wear it unzipped & I don't wear a heavy shirt or sweater under. I recently wore it on a flight & again at work, finding it to be comfortable and the perfect weight to keep out a chill.
I liked it so much that I just bought it in the Black faux suede. While I haven't worn the black yet, I think it's going to be a staple in my wardrobe.
I'm an athletic 5' 5" frame & usually wear anything from an XS to M top, depending on how it's cut. This is the right amount of oversized without looking sloppy.
