Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12 PM PST (excluding holidays) will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on a weekend or holiday will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

To keep your clothing in great condition, we always recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and laying them flat to dry. We also suggest not using any harsh chemicals, detergents or fabric softener sheets, as they may damage our beautiful threads over time.
Yes! Z SUPPLY covers any defects in material or workmanship under warranty for 30 days from the original purchase date. Apparel is only covered when purchased directly from zsupplyclothing.com, not from boutiques. If you purchased the product from an authorized Z SUPPLY boutique, please contact the retailer directly. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, accidents, improper care, or negligence. If a product is qualified under our warranty, Z SUPPLY will replace the item or send you a comparable in-stock item. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a replacement.
Due to our fast order processing and shipping, it is usually not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. If you need to cancel an order you just placed, please reach out as soon as possible to our Customer Service team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already been processed, we do offer easy return and exchange once you receive the item.
