While I appreciate the disclaimer, the top for these pants is intended to be worn as a set. They are not the same undertone. That’s more than just a slight color variation. That is a quality control problem that needs to be resolved. I would not have minded if the top was just slightly lighter or darker, but it shouldn’t be different color tone entirely. Disappointing.

These are very comfortable pants - I'm only 5'3", so they are a little longer on me (I expected), but can still wear birks with them. Very casual though, almost like pajama pants is weight/feel, so would not wear for anything other than daytime wear. Cute with matching vest "shirt" that I bought - should be good travel outfit.

This is the third pair of scout pants I have purchased from Z Supply. As much as I love the pants, I will say that for whatever reason, each pair does fit me slightly different. My lined linen scout pants are a little tighter in the stomach area, so I might recommend sizing up, since the lining does take up some room. I am generally a L/XL in Z Supply and my XL pants are a little more comfortable. I would also mention that the jersey pant fabric is a bit softer than the linen ones. All this being said, I am still giving the pants five stars, as I love the fit and elevated look!
