E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Z Supply is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to support our growing, fast paced, energetic E-Commerce team.  The ideal candidate will possess a positive “Can Do” attitude and be a team player that is willing to go above and beyond for our team and our valued customers.

POSITION DETAIL

    • Full Time / Salary-Exempt
    • Reporting to Director of Customer Service & Operations
    • Position Location – Headquarters, Costa Mesa, CA 
      • Currently Partial Remote - In Office as needed 
      • Hybrid In Office / Partial Remote – Jan 2022
  • Not accepting applicants unable to work at Headquarters 
  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, billing, returns, and technical problems
    • Assist in monitoring social media accounts, and respond to customer inquiries on social media
    • Speak with customers via phone as needed to resolve issues
    • Manage and answer multiple high-volume emails
    • Monitor inventory levels and sizing needs
    • Allocate and release orders
    • Remediate customer issues within website interface and ERP system
    • Assisting wholesale customers and sales reps with returns and credits

     QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

    • 2+ years related customer service experience (Ecommerce support experience is a plus)
    • Quick learner, able to learn and work with new computer systems (website interface, ERP system)
    • Proficient with email and social media communications
    • Ability to multi-task with changing priorities
    • Strong critical thinking, trouble shooting and problem solving skills
    • Engaging, empathetic and enthusiastic on the phone and enjoyable to talk to
    • Impeccable written and verbal communication combined with customer-centric mindset
    • Enjoy assisting others and take pride in winning over a difficult customer
    • Team player and willingness to assist others within the department
    • Detail oriented, organized and able to learn tech products and systems quickly
    • Shopify / Full Circle / Zendesk experience a plus

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS:


    This is currently a partial remote / partial in office as needed position.   Majority of work is conducted at a home office or in office air-conditioned environment.
